- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst customer service, went to try to open a new account, the banker did not take me seriously from the beginning was very rude about the reasons I needed to open an account with them, walked me through the requirements to avoid the $10 monthly fee like I was stupid, even blamed me for trying to commit fraud and needing to “protect the bank.” I’m the one putting MY hard earned money in their hands! My family has been banking with them for years, but with this lady being so rude to me they will be moving to a different bank!
